could you check this letter for me? dear ser/madam, i am writting to you to complain about the service in your hotel. i have been your guest for a long time and that's why i mentain the right to express my dissatisfaction. firstly, i want to mention about adminisrator who adressed to me quite rudely and did not qnswer at my questions qomletely. at leasthe gave me the key of my room and said that my baggage would be taken up in my roomin 2 minutes, but ectually i was waiting for them for 3 hours and when at least they delivered my baggage it turned out that it was not mine, so i had to wait for mine till evening. i hope, that you will take attantion to that matter. fathefully yours...
