Complaint about unfair treatment

Dear Sir,

I am Alli Shaikh form Tender Department. I am working in this company for more than 10 years. I always got well with everyone in the office and never had any complaints. But, past six month we had a new comer as a tender coordinator named Mr. Malik in our department. He is the relative of our Tender Manager.

Unfortunately, I want to bring something in your knowledge that my manager is harassing me. He started this the day after his relative joined the department, and initially I thought I could cope with it alone. But, now it has become hard for me to tolerate such behavior. He deliberately create situation and assigns more works for me to work under pressure ,which is difficult to complete within the duty time. In the same time the other staffs are free and enjoying. Sometimes he starts threatening me by your name.

Kindly take notice of this serious issue as if he does not stop harassing me, I won’t be able to work here anymore.
