Complaint about noise

As a resident of lower storey of this building, I am very disappointed about the successive occurrence of noise nuisance from a group of youngsters gathering at the nearby garden during the midnight, which has caused tremendous annoyance to me and other residents on the same floor since last year. I have reflected the situation to your management office's staff but been told that you are unable to deploy any staff on duty during the midnight and I am therefore recommended to report the case to the police immediately if any nuisance arises. Being a management fees payer, I trust that it is you, not the police should provide us with a solution for the problem.
