I am Mr. Ali working as a Tender coordinator in Tender Department for ABC company past 12 years. I am writing this letter to bring to your notice that over the last few months I have been facing the incidences of discrimination by the hands of Mr. ………………who is our supervisor in Tender Department.
Hence we are total five staffs including one supervisor out of that the four should pull equally the daily workload. I believe there is an imbalance of workload between four of us. The procedure followed in Tender Department is not much supportive. My co-workers are not pulling their weight on the job and I don’t think our supervisor notices. There are four of us not providing similar services only two of us doing any actual work. I believe that our supervisor doesn’t allotted big or heavy tasks to my co-workers as he has a family relation with him. Whenever I tried to discuss this issues with my department head, he doesn’t like to listen to me.
Therefore I think that I should talk with you regarding this concern I have with the way our team is working together. I don’t want you to perceive me as being negative or being unsupportive of my co-workers. I know you want us to achieve our department objectives.
