The customer complaint has been forwarded to XXX and will be dealt with tomorrow because of the holiday.

Is the sentence grammatically correct and natural? If not, what's the correct sentence?

Yes. My only comment would be on the situation that it describes. "dealt with tomorrow because of the holiday" sounds as if today is a holiday, yet if today is a holiday then why is the email (apparently a business email) being sent today? However, there may be a perfectly good explanation in your
