Respected Sir,

Sub: Regarding the failure of the recharge amount

I am Swetha studying in Law College. I have recharged my mobile on 15.03.2017 at 7:47:17 PM. After recharge my mobile I got the message like your recharge was successful. Thank you for using debit card for recharge with Rs. 220 on BSNL PRE at BSNL PRE txn# IU5191965859. But my mobile recharge does not done yet but my cash was debited from my account. Please credit my cash Rs. 220 as early as possible otherwise I will complaint the case on freecharge.

Once again I request you to please verify and recharge my mobile 9490236698 worth Rs. 220.

I opened bharathi airtelwebsite for payment of internet. Page was connecting meanwhile bharati airtel conducted a quiz program. That page opened. I have answered quiz questions. After that they showed you won the iPhone. You will be paid 349/- for iPhone. Then I paid 349/-.but still I didn't get any message from them.
