Can someone please help me, how can i write complaint letter to HQ,

Dear sir/madam

We have been sent the internet monthly charges invoices since Jan to October to XYZ departement) continuously but they didn’t give us any response and no any payment and we have been sent the reminders twice by email and telephonic but they didn’t any reply to us.

I assume that you are providing Internet service, but no one is paying the cost of the service.

We sent invoices for the monthly internet service charges from January to October to XYZ department but they didn’t respond or pay the invoices. Wesent them two reminders by email and also called them but they didn’t reply to us.

yes I am Internet service provider (ISP) and that is my customer,
My complaint is about my customer because I have been sent the invoices but my customer didn't pay so I wrote the email to my boss to disconnect the internet from my indicated customer.

We have sent them several invoices for their outstanding charges, but they haven't paid any of their bills since January. We also contacted them by phone and sent them email reminders, but they did not reply.
