Complaint

0Hi,02br

00A Company bought some equipment from the producer. Then before selling it to a client, an employee of that Company affirmed that the equipment was damaged or contained a latent defect. At the moment of discovering the defect the employee from the Company contacted the producer and lodged a complaint. How would you call this complaint ? Is it correct to call it 'a presale complaint', or is there any other good name for the whole process?02br
