I am writing this letter to complain about the non-compliance of the maintenance office with fixing the leaking tap in my apartment (4^th floor, number 44) which was announced to them on 28th September, 2020.

Although I tried to find many ways to repair the leaking, it was unsuccessful - the tap still leaks. As a result, I will certainly have to bear an excessive expense due to this problem. I am quite annoyed about this. Should this happens, I shall definitely ask for your compensation equivalent with the increasing expense. Moreover, you must require the maintenance office assigning its employees to repair the leaking water tap in my apartment, or you must find another office to solve my problem.

I hope this matter will be resolved before 12th October, 2020 as I am going to have a 2-day-school field trip on that date.
