Hello there!
Do you happen to know what is the other word for competitive or distributive bargaining? Is it something like tough or hard bargaining? Any reference to macho or male?
I am also looking for another word which would describe cooperative or creative bargaining. Can it be identified with soft bargaining? Any reference to female?

Perhaps it is one of the expressions, but what I'm looking for here is something like: tough bargainig and soft bargaining.I'm interested if the former is a synonym to competitive and the latter to cooperative bargaining.

Sorry, Antonia, I've only just seen this one.
I don't know if negotiators have their own special technical terms; but I would think that 'hard' and 'soft' bargaining were fine.
Though perhaps with inverted commas!
