Comparison of "many"

Hi everyone, I have a question about comparative. I suppose this sentence is right: Which one is fewer? Boys or girls? But can I say: Which one is more? Boys or girls? Is that okay to say so? Thanks a lot.

Thanks, Jim. I do know that it's perfectly grammatical but I guess I have never heard or seen people use it - and that made me hesitate.
