Comparing what with what

Hello!

Would you help me to understand English grammer ?

I don't do as much walking as I used to.>>correct

I don't do walking as much as I used to.>>wrong

Then how about these?

1. I don't do walking as much as I do fishing.

2. I don't do as much walking as fishing.

3. I don't do walking as often as I used to.

According to my feeling, all (1,2,3) are correct,

but I would like to have a judgement of native speakers.
