Which would be best in the example
I have a lot of *** but compared to/in relation the time I spend, it's not a lot.

Would 'considering' be best or compared or in relation?

Your example isn't a sentence the number of accidents in relation to the speed that people people drive at.

What would I have to add to turn it into a sentence?
