Compare two apartments for a friend.

Need any corrections/improvement?

I saw two nice apartments last Monday.

1. 453 Lincoln Street, apartment 56: $690/month, 2 bedrooms, no pets, near the park, five minutes walk from the metropolitan station.

2. 856 Churchill Street, apartment 494: $850/month, 1 bedroom, pets OK, friendly neighborhoods, in front of a cinema, close to/near the train station.

The apartment on Lincoln Street is cheaper than the apartment on Churchill Street, but I know you prefer not to share.

Both apartments have a nice city view, large bedroom, big kitchen, and pretty garden.

The garage on Churchill Street is bigger.

Call me if you want me to show you both apartments.
