Generally, can I say '(comparing) subject' for A and 'object' for B?

The sentence is simple as I said above, but what I wanted to say is:
For example, there is a list of things, each of which can be put into the sentence as 'A', and also there is another list of 'B's. Can I say 'List of comparing subjects' for the list of As and 'List of comparing objects' for the list of Bs?It seems a strange question, I know.

I am still struggling to understand what you mean.

Do you mean something like
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, compared to Mondays through Fridays, are better days.

Apples, pears, and bananas, compared to kiwis, mangoes, and kumquats, can be found in any grocery store.
