STRICTLY speaking, 2, 4, 6 and 7 are expected in formal grammar. The others are accepted in spoken English and informal writing, though some would consider them substandard.

Hanuman,

I am going to add to Mister Micawber's answer.

When deciding to whether it is "me" or "I", think of the following structures.

1a) He pays more tax than me.

1b) He pays more than I pay. (correct)

With 1b) He Pay, I do pay...in both cases there is symmetry. "He" is a subject. "I" is a subject. You are comparing one subject versus another
