Could you tell me how to properly say these sentences?
Can you use REFLECT like this?
- Someone's height doesn't reflect the size of their feet. (is this ok and what does this mean?)

The more the sunburn hurts the longer it’ll take it to go away.
The more uncomfortable I feel, the more I laugh to hide the fact that I’m uncomfortable.

I don't like the first sentence, you don't need the repetition and how do books get longer? They get bigger or reading them could take longer. The others are fine I would put a comma after hurts.

I don't like the first sentence, you don't need the repetition and how do books get longer? They get bigger or reading them could take longer.
The others are fine I would put a comma after hurts.
You could say;
