Comparative of weather condition

Can adjectives like "sunny" and "overcast" be used with comparatives? e.g.

#1 Today is less sunny than yesterday.

#2 Paris is usually more overcast than New York.

#3 I like more rainy days.

If not, how should the idea be expressed? Thanks.
