Does the adjective smaller express inferiority in this example?
He is smaller than me.

I can understand that the sentence: He is smaller than me" does not express comparative of inferiority!
Please would you explain more!

Without more context I assume that the words mean that 'he' is not as tall as the speaker is, or possibly not as stocky/heavy/fat.
