Comparative (MORE) / THAN vs FROM

Could you please help me correct these sentences?

- The volume of the TV is usually lower than this.
- This rate is more expensive that the one you have to offer.
- He's better looking than/from the girl. (how would you say this?)
- They have different looking teeth than/from us.
