Company vision explantion

Guided by a winning culture, to be the PREFERRED partner in the leasing and finance industry.

I am writing an essay to explain this sentence on my upcoming job interview. I am still learning English most of words in this sentence I do not know. Can someone explain the meaning of the sentence this to me?

These vision statements are often very hard to undestand and are often written in poor and obfuscaping Enlish. But if you say that, it is unlikely to help you to get the job! Here's a loose paraphrase, in which I struggle to find some meaning.
