Company profile

i want to write a profile for my company. it is a small scale sole proprietorship business. i import goods and supply same to different companies eg banks, oil & gas companies. i plan to expand the business by making it a limited liability company soon.

i also want to come up with a mission statement, a vision and a 5year stategic plan

please help
