Is this expression Ok? Or should it be: corporate negotiation system, firm's negotiation system or some of the mentioned nouns with OF-phrase?
It is used in the more general context of an immaginary firm, for the purposes of explanation of the phenomenon.

Those all seem usable, but would it be system or policy ? Corporate suggests that it is the same for all companies, where company suggests that it may be unique to each.
