Company names and comma rules

Hi all,

Imagining a fictive company named "High Class Cars", what is the correct title of the company:

1. High Class Cars Co., Ltd.
2. High Class Cars Co. Ltd.

Should there be a comma in the title between "Co." and "Ltd."

Thanks for any help!
