Company mandate

Hello,

normally "mandate" is has the meaning "power of attorney" but in this context it seems to be a person having power of attorney. Do I understand it correct?

Hi, It may be some odd kind of business jargon, but really I think the word is just used here in error. Are you sure you have wriiten it correctly? Not eg ..
