Hotel Checkout

At checkout the guest asks if he could have the invoice the name of his company and not his name on the bill.

How would you ask that please?

Can I have the invoice my company name?

Made out does that mean that the receptionist gives the invoice to the guest or sends it to the company? Does it mean that the name changes but that the guest gets the bill?

Is this correct?

It means that the company name is written on the invoice (eg. Charge to: XYZ Consulting) , not the person who used the hotel services (eg. Mr. Bill Gates), nothing more.

I am puzzled. If I check in a hotel on vacation, the receptionist will ask me for a credit card which is verified and will be normally used for all the charges incurred during my stay. On the other hand, normally if one is on business, he will use his company credit card to pay for all the business related charges during his stay.
