Company introduction and collaboration

Hi guys,

I am currently in an international freight forwarding company doing sales and marketing.
My company are located in many places and region and looking to target places/countries that does not have our presence.
Basically, my job and task is not only getting freight sales but also to work with international agents like ourselves.

Well, i am tasked to write an official letter/email to those agents(companies) that are considered prospect or potentially partners. However my command of english is limited and grammer mistakes happens all the time.

i do not wish to portray badly to the prospectus with my bad letter writing.

I hope someone could help me by drafting one or at least guide me so that i could produce one.

The things i need to include are
1. leverage on our current strength with offices all over the globe
2. we want to look for reliable partners to work with for import, exports and transhipment.
3. not just in their countries, we are strong in FAR east and south east asia
4. contact us so that we can discuss further.

I hope some angels could help me in my distress over such formal writing.
