Company Introduction

I am requiring some assistance drafting a company introduction letter for my company to forward onto company we are wanting to stock and supply our product in. We are wanting to get other company to distribute our products in various countries around Africa and i am needing to send a intro that will grab them and want to deal with us.

Our company is called Mercury Fittings and supply our own range of stainless steel ironmongery called QS. We were established in 1992 and import and supply the largest amounts of stainless steel ironmongery in South Africa and Namibia. We supply all the ironmongery merchants, hardware stores, door manufacturers and aluminium suppliers. Our range consists of door handles, pull handles, locks, cylinders, door controls and accessories all manufactured of 304 grade stainless steel. We employ 35 dedicated staff members who work at the highest level and believe strongly in good business acumen, profitable, sustainable business and enjoy long term business relationship with all customers, suppliers and employees. Our product is manufactured to EU standards and our prices are highly competative to that of our competitors.
