COMPANY

Dear Teachers,

- I like working for that company because I confront a lot of pressure and challenges, and the working environment is very friendly.

- Is this sentence ok to say?

Thanks very much to Teachers,

The sentence is understandable, but I don't think the word 'confront' is appropriate in this sentence. I would prefer 'encounter' or 'experience', or maybe even better: 'overcome.'

I like "encounter" and would slightly rephrase: "encounter many challenges to overcome". I would not mention "pressure".
