John's girlfriend and his mom grumbled about his weight so he went to work out almost every week. He didn't notice he got a big stomach until his mom kept saying that when he took off his shirt. After John got off at the next stop, he walked to the fitness center. When he got in the locker room, he felt sweltered. The room had no air conditioner at all in 90 degree heat outside. He felt dizzy and then began to dehydrate. He took a bottle of the water from his bag and guzzled as fast as he could. From his bag, he took out his video ipod and listened to some pop music from . All songs from his ipod were Chinese. It was his custom to liseten them when he did work out. As he was listening to the music, he began to change sport pant and shirt and sneakers. Then he took out money for Gatorade. When he was in the fitness, he used the treadmill for a while. A girl was using it right next to him. He began to lose concentration and almost got accident.
