My sister who has finished the 11th grade is going to transfer from her school to a school in London after a (gap) year of intensive preparatory courses of English. After completing her studies at a (fine arts) college she is going to continue her education at a university, but what kind of college should a student like her apply to if there are no comminuty colleges in England as some online sources say?
