Communicative or Communication/ Receptive or reception

Hello all

I want to know, if "tion" means the act of a particular acting, what sense does "ive" carry?

For example;-

1) Communicative skills/ Communication skills

2) Receptive stages/ Reception stages.

and i am also confusing the use of these words--- A) Education B) Educative C) Educational

1) Educative methods

2) Education methods

3) Educational methods

What's the different between those 3 sentences? Does each of them carry a different sense? If any of them is in the the wrong use, can you please give an example how to use it in the correct sentence.

Top answer

1) I would say only "communication" skills. 2) I don't know what you mean by this. Can you explain, and then we can help you pick the right word?
