Where are good places to find people interested in advanced English conversations with American volunteers through Skype?

Those places don't seem to exist. There are three kinds of places:

1) Communities were you can practice and learn English for free --- 99% of the members of those communities are non-native speakers looking for a native to practice with, so practicing good English is basically impossible.

2) Communities where there are several native speaker ready to help you --- All the natives there won't help you for free, but will charge some money. Many of them are professionals.

3) Communities where you will find native speakers ready to help you, as long as you help them learn your language too - They are there for language exchanges.

That's all I can say from my point of view. Now the choice is yours. Good luck

Hey people, what do you think about talking through skype on weekends?

I don't see any problem in learning English from non native people. I believe everyone have something to teach.

Yes, but spoken English is a delicate matter. It's always best to have at least one native speaker as a reference point.
