Communicating or communication ?

Hi,

I want to tell the employer that:
I have good communication and problem solving skills , which can make its company operate more efficiently.

The interviewer asks me:
Describe how your personal qualities would contribute to our success.

Would sentence should I say?
1) I am good at communicating and problem solving, which can make your company operate more efficiently.
2) I am good at communication and problem solving, which can make your company operate more efficiently.
3) neither 1 nor 2

Thanks

I'm sorry that I had to ask one related question:

"not give you any advantage over any other applicants for the same position."

Hi,

Is it better if i add the additional information as below?

I am good at communicating and problem solving, which can make your company operate more efficiently, and I demonstrated these abilities while working.

Thanks

No, it wouldn't add anything.

Everyone who interviews anywhere says they have good communication skills, good problem-solving skills, good teamwork skills, etc. Naturally, you would demonstrate those skills while you work.

You'd be better off saying something like "Well, I have good communication skills and work very well in teams and individually, but I'm sure you expect that

I'm not a grammarian or anything, but if it were my resume I would just say exactly what you said at the beginning "I have good communication & problem solving skills, which I plan to utilize to make this company operate more efficiently."

Hi

The second one sounds better than the first one, however, I would rather say:
"I have good communication and problem solving skills."
Thanks

Hi,

Would sentence should I say?
1) I am good at communicating and problem solving, which can make your company operate more efficiently.

3) neither 1 nor 2

I suggest that you need to guard against making extreme statements
