Communicate with native speaker!
As a non-native english speaker, i am trying my best to communicate with native speaker. But, sometimes, it is hard to communicate. While i was in two major english speaking countries, USA and UK, i found a lot of native speaker who understand me of my inability to speak like native speaker....They are helpful, very considerate of your situation. They even help me with my english.
But, i did met a few people who really don't understand our difficulties. They are really mean, unkind and even look down upon my english. I don't expect them to help me. At least, they should acknowledge that i am still trying.

Some people are just plain rude or have no manners - and it will usually show in other ways as well. Don't be disheartened by them. You also have to face the the fact that some people are racist and are not going to be polite to you because you are not a native.
