Committed to do something

Hi

I'm a little confused about these:

I'm committed to help people in my community.
I committed myself to help people in my community.
I'm committed to helping people in my community.
I committed myself to helping people in my community.

All of them must be right? I checked some dictionaries but they just confused me.
