Commitment (to) ?

Dear teachers,

I saw a sentence as follows:

"This is why our most important commitment is to quality, safety

and craftsmanship, all driven by a passion for a constant improvement."

Can I just say, "This is why our most important commitment is quality, safety and craftsmanship, all driven by a passion for a constant improvement." - without 'to'?

Thanks and best regards,

David Kim
