Commercials are aired/ run

Hello,

Is my sentence proper?

Commercials are aired/ are run at times when children are most likely watching cartoons.

"...are most likely watching..." is correct.

If I say, ''Commercials will be run at the time when most children are likely to be watching cartoons. '' in that case my sentence is still proper?
