Commenting on a resume

Hello and hope you are doing well. I am trying to write a resume for myself, would you mind commenting on some parts of it in terms of word choices and grammar. Because I am new to Australia. I was working as a project planner in my home country, FYI.

Summary:

A driven and fast learner civil engineer, offering +5 years of experience with technical expertise in delivering construction projects. A problem solver with a can-do attitude to keep projects on track, set realistic time frames, assign resources appropriately, and manage these elements into a logical efficient sequence. Cooperatively liaising with clients to meet expectations through effective communication and confident to fulfil tasks autonomously or in a team, with time management skills to meet deadlines.

And this is a part I talked about my company and the projects I was involved:

  • Clinical Complex with an approximate area of ??4000 square meters worth $ 8 million, with 18 units in 10 story
  • Commercial office complex on 8 floors with a total area of ??2500 square meters worth $ 15 million.
  • Alsa residential complex built in two different blocks with an approximate area of ??3000 square meters and worth of 10 million of dollars
