Following numerous joint site inspections with the Metrofond, architect, consultant and other relevant parties, we have reminded several times that sufficient size of access panel is required to be provided for the maintenance of indoor units. Up to this moment, we found that there is still some insufficient size of access panel installed which will pose some difficulty for any future repairs. The condition of the access panel is listed hereunder.

1	flat	Sufficient size of access panel for control box of A/C indoor unit has been provided
2	lobby	Full access panel at corridor for front side of supply and return air of A/C unit has been provided.
3	Room	Insufficient size of access panel for bottom side of return air of A/C unit has been provided. We would reiterate that the minimum size (300mm width x unit length) of access panel should be provided for future maintenance.
