Commas needed?

Which one of these statements is more grammatically correct?

1.) I feel it is important, and my duty to my peers, to make each class as deep of a learning experience as possible.

or

2.) I feel it is important and my duty to my peers to make each class as deep of a learning experience as possible.

or

3.) I feel it is important, and my duty to my peers to make each class as deep of a learning experience as possible.

The only differences are the commas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
