Commas correct?

Joe and Bob scored 6 and 10 points, respectively.
Comma before 'respectively'?

He was a nice guy, actually.
Comma before 'actually'?

If you remain civil, I will go with you, then.
Comma before 'then'?

I was confused, though.
Comma before 'though'?

He's not that ignorant, really.
Comma before 'really'?

I am going to the conference, too.
Comma before 'too'?
