Commas, Coordinated Elements, Setting off Phrases

I want to recommend a new game, in particular a fun game.

Is that grammatically correct? I guess I'm having trouble using commas to contrast coordinated elements: The speaker seemed innocent, even gullible.

Maybe, I'm having trouble with using commas to set off phrases that refer back to the begining of the sentence: Lisa waved at Nancy, who was laughing joyously.

What does this fall under? Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today honoured 470 policemen, including three police superintendents and 15 deputy police superintendents
