Commas around adverbial phrases?

Hi, Please tell me if we need to put commas around what I think are adverbial phrases in sentences.
Some example sentences are:

Can he, through counseling, find peace of mind?
Can he, in her love, find peace of mind?
Can he, at his home, find peace of mind?

I think we normally place commas around for the following declarative sentences (I think they are), although I am not sure we need to put comma for example sentence 2. Thank you for your help in advance.

He, through counseling, found peace of mind that was eluding him for a long time.
He, at his home, finally found the peace of mind he was looking for.
