Commas and sentence-ending words

Are commas needed before these sentence-ending words?

Mike and Joe scored 34 and 14 points, respectively.

I am not going, either.

Me, neither.

I like the way it looks, too.

She's a ditz, actually.

He didn't like the meal, obviously.

She said she would continue, though.

And are commas needed below around 'too' and 'in fact'?

She, too, hated eggplant.

She was, in fact, an unfit mother.
