Commas Again

Can we leave out the commas around 'therefore'?
I therefore want to state that I feel your decision is not justified.


Can we leave out the commas around 'however'?

I however disagree with you.



Is it okay to omit the comma after 'hence'?

Many employees have left through attrition; hence I believe that the organization will be more profitable.

I wouldn’t use the commas in any of them.

The commas are necessary in my book. By convention, conjuncts that begin independent clauses are followed by a comma, and when they are placed after the subject, they become parenthetical and are treated as such.
