Comma's after the term LLC

Is it grammatically correct to use a comma after using the abbrev. LLC?

Example: Dan Hart Patrol Service, LLC is a limited liability company. should a comma be placed after using LLC?

Don't know about the LLC thing. There should definitely be no apostrophe in the phrase "commas after the term LLC," however.

That's true in normal writing, but lawyers don't go by normal rules. So assuming that you must include LLC or Inc. or LP or.... should a comma go after it or not?
