Commas after 'that' phrases

Do we need any commas in the following examples? If so, where?

Mike said that in order for the company to be more financially successful it needs to make a few cuts.

Joe said that in 1954 his parents were married in London.

Frank said that in light of the circumstances involved regarding his wife's infidelity he would remain loyal to her.
