Commas after dates

Is a comma needed or not needed after the dates in this sentence? Your teams will be scheduled for team meetings at the start of your shift on either Sunday, 11/22 or Monday, 11/23 in advance preparation for Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

I think the important thing is to be consistent and that also the sentence should be clear. Personally I would never put a comma in a date in a sentence (at least without a comma after the date such as you would for a day that's in the week just past or coming), as it confuses the reading of the punctuation in the sentence. Commas wouldn't be such a problem in a date that's simply a heading on its own.

Where I live, we don't write the month in numbers, eg 11/22. Instead, we write eg Nov, 22.

This avoids possible misunderstanding of dates like 03/07.
