Commas

Hi!

Have I placed commas correctly in this sentence?

We hereby notify that currently we are dissatisfied with the services you provide, as well as with your attitude towards us, because on multiple occasions when the chairmen of the board or other employee requested you to avert any software deficiencies or to perform upgrades, or other tasks (similar to those previously ordered from you), you have ignored these requests or failed to provide specific answers, or have provided them in un unclear manner, thus failing to provide a specific solution.

Thanks!
